Rochester NY is located in Monroe County. It is the second largest economy in the state of New York and second only to New York City. It is the center of Monroe County which also includes Livingston, Orleans, Genesee, Ontario and Wayne counties and it is the third largest city in New York. It is also called the Flower City or The World's Image Center. Having 36 neighborhoods with each having their own characteristics and unique from each other, it is also known as the city of neighborhoods.
