Paul Quarter. Park Ave is a favorite amongst young professionals and college students. Despite its popularity, inexpensive apartments can be found at about $500 to $650 a month for one bedrooms, even less for studios. Residents enjoy visiting shops, local coffee houses, and the beautiful, scenic streets. Still, stay open to some other great locations that are less hyped, such as NOTA, or the Neighborhood of the Arts.
